How does mail forwarding work?
Your address includes unlimited mail receipt. Forwarding and optional services are charged only when used and are deducted from your prepaid postage wallet.
There are no mail count limits and no charges unless a service is requested.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees to open a mailbox with Your Best Address.
Your mailbox address includes account creation, address assignment, and activation at no additional cost. You only pay for optional services or usage-based requests if and when you use them.

Do you limit how much mail I can receive?
No. There are no mail count limits. You can receive unlimited mail and packages at your mailbox address
Can I change my mail forwarding address or schedule?
Yes. You can update your forwarding address or forwarding schedule as often as needed, at no additional charge.
What happens if I’m traveling or don’t need forwarding right away?
Your mail is securely received and stored during your included free storage period. You can request forwarding on demand or adjust your schedule at any time.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Your mailbox service is billed annually, and there are no long-term contracts beyond the selected term. All contracts are 12 month with 1 free month so you get a full 13 months.
Do you offer live customer support?
Yes. We provide live human support Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Central Time) via phone and email.
