You can fill out the paperwork online or mail it in to our office. We recommend using the online forms. Mailing paperwork will add a week to the signup process.
Setting up your new account, and assigning you your Personal Mail Box (PMB) number can take up to 5 – 7 business days once we have received all your completed paperwork, including your photos IDs and USPS form 1583. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible. If you are on a short deadline due to impending departures, travel, etc. please let Customer Service know, at the outset of the sign up process, and we can discuss expediting your application. Walk in clients, if they have all necessary IDs, receive their PMB number that same day. We appreciate your understanding.
